Artwork Guidelines
Here are some artwork parameters that will help us ensure
that your job is produced accurately. Please submit any
guideline questions to the applicable department on
our contact us page.
FILE TYPES
Provide print-ready PDF, EPS, AI, PSD, INDD, or flattened TIFF files. Providing artwork that does not meet print-ready guidelines may incur additional artwork handling. Please pre-flight INDD files.IMAGES & FONTS
Embed or link all images. Include all fonts or convert to outlines prior to sending print-ready artwork.COLORS
CMYK . PMS colors should be specified in-file as CMYK swatches.No spot colors, please. Specify PMS #'s for color matching purposes only; Color matching cannot be provided on raster artwork, or for screen or thermal colors.
MIN. RESOLUTION
Artwork must be at least 100 dpi when viewing at actual print size. For high quality prints, we recommend providing artwork with 200-300 dpi.| Viewing Distance: | 6" | 1' | 2' | 3' | 10' | 50' |

ADDITIONAL HANDLING
Additional artwork fees may be incured if your art does not meet our pre-press requirements. Examples of situations include, but are not limited to:- incorrect dimensions
- color matching requested but colors not spec'd in-file
- changes/adjustments requested
- changed artwork file submitted after proof
- missing fonts
- files set up in InDesign or Corel that are not packaged
- RGB conversion
- low resolution
- spot colors
